Inspired Smiles App

Inspired Smiles App is a workplace app for authorized staff operated by Yeager Dental Group, PLLC. It is not intended for patient records or patient communications.

Information Used by the App

The app uses staff names, email addresses, account identifiers, practice membership and permissions to manage access. Staff may provide profile information such as a biography, interests, preferences, and birthday month and day. The app stores workplace posts, replies, appreciation messages, suggestions, announcements and events. Credential records can include license numbers, dates, notes, photographs and uploaded documents.

The app uses Supabase for account authentication, database storage and file storage. Sign-in emails use the office’s configured email service. Where enabled and permitted on a device, push notifications use a device notification token and notification services. The reviewer sample workspace is separate and contains fictional data.

How Information is Used and Shared

Information supports sign-in, authorized staff collaboration, credential management and app operation. Staff content is available to authorized users according to their access permissions. Credential and administrative information is restricted according to account permissions. Infrastructure providers process information needed to operate their services.

Choices and Requests

Optional profile fields can be edited in the app. Device settings control camera and notification permissions. Contact the office to request help with account access, correction or removal of information. Do not upload patient information or unrelated sensitive documents.
