Meet The Team - Richmond, VA

Carole has been a dental assistant since 1999. She loves getting to know her patients and hearing about their families and the new things going on in their lives. She always has a smile for everyone. Carole is a travel enthusiast, especially anyplace in the Caribbean. She also loves to read and bake. She is married and has two grown children. She also has two very special “Fur” babies, Bodie and Zoey that keep her very busy.

Tinnley is not only new to the practice but to the dental world. She is an aspiring dental assistant and has the goal of becoming a dental hygienist. She was born and raised in Virginia and will be continuing her education this upcoming spring. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, spending time with her family and friends, and traveling to fun, new places.

Missy was born and raised in Henrico, Virginia and graduated from VCU with her bachelor’s in dental hygiene. She currently serves as secretary for the Virginia Dental Hygiene Association’s Greater Richmond component and is passionate about advocating for advancements within dental hygiene. In her free time, you’ll find her exploring new restaurants with friends, taking small trips with her husband, or playing with her two huskies. She loves building relationships with patients and students and hopes to teach dental hygiene in the future!

Kelley has been in the dental field for over 30 years. Her passion is to provide a family like experience to every patient and she enjoys building lasting relationships with each one as she helps them with all their dental needs. A Richmond native she currently resides in Short Pump with her husband, four children, rescued black Lab Oreo and her four Guinea Pigs. Outside of the office Kelley enjoys attending her children’s athletic events, relaxing at the beach, cooking, and all things Christmas.

Jessica was born and raised in the Richmond area and has been in the dental field for over 25 years. She loves developing relationships with patients and wants to help them achieve their ideal smile. She is an avid reader and has been a member of her book club for the past 12 years. She enjoys cooking, traveling, and exploring the local restaurant scene. When she is not in the office, she stays busy spending time with her husband, two daughters and Goldendoodle, Violet.

Cricket is a Richmond native, growing up in Hanover County. She earned her Dental Hygiene degree and licensure in 2015 and has been practicing dental hygiene in Richmond since. Her favorite aspect of her job is building patient rapport and helping her patients achieve the best oral health possible. When Cricket is not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter family and friends. Her favorite vacation is anywhere with a beach!

Helen has been in the dental field since 2019. She loves to learn new things and that is one of the reasons she enjoys being in dental. There is always something new to learn and new advancements being made! Helen is a Richmond native but relocated to Highland Springs with her fiancé, 2 cats, Lilly and Waffle, and dog, Izzy. She enjoys rainy days where she can sit on the front porch and listen to the rain. Outside of work you can find her reading a book, walking around the city with her dog, or bingeing a TV show.

Debbie has been working in the dental field for almost 20 years. She began as an assistant and went back to school to become licensed to practice Dental Hygiene. Debbie has been with the practice for over 6 years and is grateful for the relationships she has been able to build with her patients.
When Debbie is not in the office, she is kept on her toes by her two young daughters. She has a love for being active, sports, family, faith, and friends.
